The Executive Underground suite is a completely private apartment situated on the basement level of a private home in downtown Toronto.
The suite is designed and furnished as a convenient and comfortable base for one person or a couple to stay for a few days or a few weeks while on business or holiday in the city. The minimum stay is 2 nights. Longer stays of a month or more may be arranged by special request.
Front door and reception room.
The apartment is completely self-contained and enables our guests to be self-sufficient. The suite has a private entrance from the street. It is fully furnished and includes food! Supplies for light breakfast are included in the overnight price. The kitchen has a cooktop, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, utensils, dishes, and a dishwasher. A full laundry - washer & dryer - is available on request and conveniently located adjacent to the suite.
Reception room and dining nook
The suite rental includes a 52” HD television with digital HD cable, free high-speed wi-fi internet and a private telephone line with unlimited free calls throughout North America and to five European countries.

A private outdoor parking spot (off-street) is available at the rear of the property within a compound protected by an electronic gate.
The suite has its own front door with keyless numeric coded access that is unique to you; the number is changed for each guest. You have no key to lose!
