For Canada's largest city, renowned for its many tall buildings and modern architecture, Toronto boasts a large number of historic neighbourhoods and architectue preserved from bygone ages. Buildings and neighbourhoods abound - from the successor to the first garrison built in 1793, Fort York, to Cabbagetown a perfect Victorian neighbourhood. From Little Italy to the three Chinatowns, from the Greek village to the Gay village, there are plenty of places to explore.

The CN Tower, although no longer the tallest in the world, is still pretty high! The Royal Ontario Museum, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and the Ontario Science Centre all make for wonderful day visits.

Don't miss Casa Loma, Toronto's rather odd castle - and make sure you include the Stables accessed through the underground tunnel!
